2021 VISION BOARD

This is my first ever vision board!
  1. Really pushing this blog and podcast further along – being open to this process.
  2. Working on Student Loans and clearing credit card debt.
  3. Creating quality family space and time – hiking, outdoor museums, and more cultural experiences.
  4. Family gatherings (we didn’t visit our families in 2020)
  5. Start planning for baby number 2 (that’s my goal, I am sure my husband wants to wait another year). Stay tuned
  6. Build a STEAM learning program at work

I believe that avoiding highly processed foods is a first step to help lose weight. They could taste beneficial, but ready-made foods have got very little nutritional value, making you take in more simply to have enough energy to get with the day. If you are constantly ingesting these foods, moving over to grain and other complex carbohydrates will let you have more energy while feeding on less. Interesting blog post.
